Memory Project A Portrait in Kindness
This unique fine arts program provides students with the opportunity to interact with children from underdeveloped nations around the world, many of whom are orphaned or economically disadvantaged. Students participating in the program receive photographs of these disadvantaged students and use them to craft individual portraits. The portraits are then delivered to the students personally by the program’s originator, Mr. Ben Schumaker, who records the event on a video which is then shared with the student artists.
